Your hospital visit
Please aim to arrive at the hospital 30 minutes before your appointment, to allow enough time to park your car and arrive at the Outpatients Department.
You are welcome to use the buggy that runs most weekdays between the western car park, main entrance, Health Hub building and the east entrance.
When you enter the hospital, please check in at one of our self check-in kiosks located on the ground and lower ground floors.
You can choose to receive a ticket or SMS, which will include your appointment number and advice on where to wait.
Keep an eye on the digital screens in the waiting area for your number to be called. Once it appears, head to your appointment.
We recommend allowing at least two hours for your visit, as delays can occur.
