In an emergency, always call triple zero (000). It’s a free call from any phone, mobile or phone box.

For other urgent medical issues, go to an Emergency Department.

Our Emergency Departments are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week:

Community Social Work Services provides therapeutic social work and counselling support to adults aged 18 years and over, families and significant others. We support people experiencing social, emotional, psychological or behavioural challenges by offering a safe and confidential environment. Our focus is on improving wellbeing, resilience and positive mental health outcomes.

With client consent, we work collaboratively with families, carers and relevant service providers to ensure coordinated and holistic support tailored to individual needs. 

We accept both self-referrals and referrals from GPs or other organisations.

Please note that Community Social Work Services is not a crisis or emergency response service and is unable to provide urgent crisis intervention.
